Into Dark Woods

I was glad to attend rehearsals about two years ago, to watch *Into Dark Woods* being shaped from written to spoken words. The atmosphere in the room was one of rare focus and energy.
I carried the memory of this energy to design the show while the world stood still. I wanted the space to feel sensual and luxurious, allowing Charlene’s fairy tale to fully occupy its space and identity. I drew inspiration from Art Nouveau for its strong connection to nature and its exuberance.
