Café Nisou

I designed this lunch time restaurant for a space in Paris XIIe. This unfinished project was to be in a narrow triangular space. I designed around an unmoveable staircase and made a feature of it, using colored glass bricks. Colors were a contrast of warm red and lot and lot of plants, making the space lively and cosy. My assistant Caroline Menassol really helped me with her experience of working in a restaurant, the economy of movement, and of course her usual sense of colors.
